Mission
Property Management Inc- PMI Eagles is a full service, licensed real estate firm located in downtown Clarksville, TN. We are veteran owned and committed to serving the military community within the Fort Campbell area. Our primary goal is to provide residential, multifamily, and commercial services to our clients. PMI Eagles can provide the necessary services for investors, sellers, buyers, and renters. All staff and agents are properly licensed and local experts to the Clarksville area. Our focus is on maintaining investment portfolios and helping clients maximize their profit.
PMI Eagles is independent, locally owned and operated.
Management Team
Keith is a 13-year Clarksville resident and local small business owner. He is married with five children and a military veteran. Keith has retired after 20 years of military service including several years stationed at Fort Campbell. After excelling in the military and serving his country, he has moved on to serve his community.
Keith has since achieved a degree in Business Administration, a Tennessee Broker license, Kentucky real estate license, REALTOR® designation, and several certifications. Certifications to include being a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR®), and Real Estate Negotiation Expertise (RENE).
His efforts, expertise, and knowledge has brought great value to the community and his clients with the motto “Client First, Mission Always”.
Jessica serves as a Maintenance Coordinator, supporting residents, property owners, vendors, and property teams through efficient call handling, service scheduling, and clear communication. With a background rooted in military service and customer support, she brings structure, reliability, and calm problem-solving to daily operations. Outside of work, Jessica is passionate about health, wellness, and fitness, which influences her organized, balanced approach to both work and life. She takes pride in providing dependable support that helps properties run smoothly and ensures owners and residents feel cared for.
